Contact Nomad Desk

We read every email. Tell us what's working, what's broken, what's missing, and where you've actually been.

Editorial corrections and updates

If you've found a city page with out-of-date pricing, a broken internet number, or a recommendation that no longer holds, the fastest path is an email to hello@nomaddesk.example with the city slug and what changed. Specific is better than general; "the cost in Lisbon is too low" is harder to act on than "we paid €1,400/month for a one-bed in Graça in March 2026."

Pitching a guide

We publish long-form guides on operational topics for remote workers — the kind of essays you'll find in our guides section. If you have one in you, send a short pitch: what's the argument, who is it for, and what's the structure. We read every pitch and respond to the ones we can publish. We pay for accepted work.

Partnerships and advertising

We accept clearly-labeled advertising from products and services that are useful to remote workers. We don't accept paid editorial placement, "sponsored city of the month" arrangements, or anything that would compromise the independence of the city pages. Reach out if your offer is in the right category and we'll send you the current rate card.

Press

For press inquiries, interviews, or syndication requests, please email with "press" in the subject line and we'll respond within two business days.

The boring legal bit

Nomad Desk publishes general information for remote workers and digital nomads. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, financial, medical, or visa advice. Verify current rules and prices with the appropriate authority before making decisions you can't easily reverse.
